I have a lifelong interest in the mind and body as an integrated system, and for helping people heal. I am grateful for the opportunity to offer creative and highly effective tools, skills and practices to help others achieve healing and transformation.
To be fully present and focused on you in session, I regularly practice yoga and meditation. I also meet with trusted colleagues to practice psychotherapy and maintain a practice that is well above ethical standards.
Continually expanding my knowledge and expertise of various forms of therapy is also very important to me. There are many ways transformation can occur in therapy, and I attend frequent trainings so that I am offering the cutting edge in both individual and couples therapy techniques proven to get you results.
I moved to Maine in 2002, and currently reside in Cape Elizabeth. I enjoy exploring Maine’s beautiful outdoors, hiking, biking, foraging, cooking and camping seaside and in the mountains.
